Famous Belgian Waffles: The Original Waffle Sandwich

Whenever I hear these two words – Belgian Waffle, I always have this biased opinion that it’s delicious. I don’t know why but maybe the sound of it just makes me want to eat one and expect it to taste good every single time. Famous Belgian Waffles just made my biased opinion more biased.

These waffles are overly yummy! And they are the Grab-and-Go type of food since it’s made into a sandwich. You can eat it as you go or while strolling around. It’s also the perfect afternoon snack! The waffle is freshly baked to a perfect golden brown as you order it. I love how it’s a bit crispy on the edges and somewhat soft overall but it doesn’t break or crumble.

Banana Hazelnut

 I tried two flavors so far: Banana Hazelnut and Blueberry Creamcheese. I want to try the strawberry creamcheese and peanut butter too!

Both flavors are really good though I prefer the Banana Hazelnut since I really looove hazelnut! They are not too sweet that it makes your throat hurt after a few bites. And they give the fair amount of filling inside so that in every bite, the goodness of each flavor comes out.

These cost 30php to 55php each depending on the flavor. It’s a fair price for a good quality Belgian waffle.
